一、問題出現的現象：

1、http://localhost/phpwind_v9.0_utf8/upload/install.php顯示。

2、apache錯誤文件httpd.conf顯示：

.htaccess: Invalid command 'RewriteEngine', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

二、解決方法：

左擊--配置文件--httpd.conf--去掉#----重新啟動apache--http://localhost/phpwind_v9.0_utf8/upload/install.php  成功。
